B20032 - Word Processing - Create a PC Assemble Guide

Hello All,

Today we will be focusing on the Training Module "B20032 Word Processing". In particular we will work on the following units.

1. Application Management
2. Text Processing
3. Tabs and Tables
4. Word Processing Features.

Todays task will focus on creating a PC Guide using Mircosoft Word. The Guide will be a basic step by step process of dis-assembling and re-assembling a standard Personal Computer.

Stage 1: Internet Research
Using the Internet, research 4 different guides on how to build a PC. When you have located 4 different guides, using PowerPoint, you must compare each of the guides and explain what you deem to be the good and bad points for each one. Use screen shots to explain and demonstrate your point of view.

Stage 2: Design you own PC Guide.
Using the ditigal images taken during you dis-assemble and re-assemble project, create you own PC Guide. Your PC Guide should be easy to read and user friendly. The following website provides and excellent step by step approach to building a PC.

When you have created your Guide you should then e-mail a copy to your Lecturer, and update you blog.
